Generally my experience was good. Couple of niggles, with my room..Bidet was not fully working and toilet seat was loose..My biggest issue was with the room next door, some teenagers and children playing about till 1am in the morning..despite reporting the issue to reception, I was told it was not their responsibility to deal with the problem and they would phone me back, which they never did? In the morning I reported the niggles with the bathroom and disturbance to the duty manager..I think his name was Jeff? Problem was resolved immediately..thank you Jeff 😁
Manila Prince Hotel, does try to maintain a presentable dress code for breakfast and dinner.. Room size are big and above normal size, furniture in the room looking a bit worn and outdated. I would say the hotel would probably qualify as 3/4.
Located is busy area outside because of the main road and traffic.. sometimes can be a long wait for taxi to accept job, via Grab or Joyride..Staff are friendly and helpful.. Breakfast buffet is good, but would benefit from having more selection for veggies, obviously no Kosher or Halal selection available, ..I didn't get a chance to try lunch or dinner... Hotel has a swimming pool, but is not heated, mainly for children because it is small.
Hotel has an additional restaurant, I think it's Chinese or Japanese.
There is a security check in machine, with bags and body search with scanner at entrance. Hotel does offer value for money, compared to other hotels.
