Hello, we did not receive any request for extra sheets. The linen are inside the closet, looks like you did not check. As for the pool, the renovation notice has been up on the website since May 8, 2019. We’re sad you did not read the information completely.

The property is very disappointing. The guards were very unhelpful, not customer service oriented. I have not tried to checked in, in a condo and we have to go from one tower to another just to get an information. When we got into the room there were no towels, bath soap and the toilet paper were only half roll for 4 adults and 2 children? What kind of a place is that especially I paid more than what's it worth? I spoke with the owner itself and told him about my disappointment and told him I'm going to checked that same night and that I have to cancel the rest of my stay as this place is not what I expected as I was supposed to stay for 2 nights. The bathroom wall is missing 3 tiles, and one of the flooring is popping. Very dissatisfied!

As discussed, there were miscommunication due to not being able to reach the guest which is why you had difficulty getting information since the property has 11 towers. This is why we have been sending many messages and instructions over text and email and you also did not answer your phone. You informed us you thought there was 24-hour room service and we explained that the list of facilities is on the property page before you make a booking. You said you’ll just check out because you do not want to order food delivery and want the services of a hotel. You never mentioned anything about the room, which we could have moved you if you wanted. Thanks.

guards and staff were not helpful. no towels in the property, only have half roll of toilet paper for 4 adults and 2 children for 2 days? have to checked out 2 hours after checking in. very disappointing for the amount of money they charged. tallked with the owner and advised he can keep the first night that to cancel the 2nd night. the bathroom has missing tiles. not upkept

Hi ma’am, as discussed, you were looking for a hotel with 24-hour room service which we clearly do not provide. The property states it’s a Condo Residences and all the amenities and facilities are listed in Expedia but you did not read them before you booked. it is very difficult for us to get low ratings when our guests just book without scrutinizing what they are booking and expect something other than what is offered. Thanks for the review. We hope other guests read this and actually get to know the listing before they book. Thanks.

At first, I was a bit disappointed in how restrictive the property is but when you really think about it, it is more of a safety matter. It gives you that sense of security and peace of mind knowing that you are secured in the compound.

the staff were very rude, they didn't let me to check in early 1 hour and I paid half day extra for checking in 3 our prior my check in which was at 2pm. NOT Recommended at all.

Hello sir. The check in times are all listed on the property details and early check in is always subject to availability. Can't always fault the property if we cannot give everything for free. When we informed you of the policy, you gladly said you would wait since check in time is really 2 pm. Not sure why suddenly we get this review from you.

It’s was safe on the property. The worst was the unit smells molds and kitchen sink was leaking under.the selff laundry was the worst need to take number or it was a long lline .

Absolute worst experience in my entire life when I arrive to check in they had no confirmation and information about my check in after three and a half hours of arguing and fighting with them they absolutely refuse to help assist or in any way shape or form help me this reservation was booked with Expedia and paid in advance they refused to honor and or help in any way shape or form. Because of circumstances and situations I had no choice but to pay them again. They were completely cold hearted uncaring in every way shape or form... Please do everything in every way possible to avoid this facility and staying there. Even when you go to check out it will take a minimum 45 minutes. If you go to call a cab for some reason I'm not clear about most cab drivers do not like this facility and do not want to come there. you're better off to leave the facility and go out on the public Street or any other business in the local area and the cabs will quickly be there and have no problem picking you up again at this facility they do not for some reason like it there. Even upon check-in they have no permanent structure and or building they have no phone system to contact in any way shape or form each employee uses their own cell phone. you check in at a security tent they then instruct you to go to another tent that is chicken after that again then you go to the appropriate and assigned building this procedure will take no less than 45 minutes. In my case it took four and a half hours from

9 Day Stay Azure Urban Residences
Be aware that only unit owners can use the lap pool and other amenities. Downer. Restaurant staff were among the best I have dealt with anywhere. That being said, the room I was given had ants everywhere. We called housekeeping multiple times, but the room was only cleaned once during our stay. They indicated how terrible our room was. Cheap, rundown furnishings. Was looking forward to having a patio (placed on the Penthouse level -only level without a patio). One of the condo air conditioners stopped working twice during my stay. The refrigerator was super small and leaked. We were told we could not use the washer in the room. I came back to my building from their beach and pool (110-115 degree heat index) and was told to leave my building until my shirt was on. On another occasion, I did not get all the sand off my flip flops and was again removed from the building lobby and made to stand on a hot black mat outside. I did not receive any instructions on what to do, nor given any water to clean my flip flops. There was a mop in the lobby! I also would take drinks from the restaurant up to my room with ice, and they would drip slightly due to the ice melting. Lobby person complained about this as well. The Azure staff packed my drinks! But I felt guilty that I did something wrong. Very humiliating experiences, especially when I was told to leave with my girlfriend upset. 9000 miles to stay at Azure and spent major $ there, and I did feel welcomed.

Thanks for your detailed feedback sir. You booked a 1-bedroom condo apartment and was upgraded to a 2-bedroom unit since you will be staying longer. We already changed the battery on the remote controller of the 2nd room, it's just the battery that died, the A/C is functioning okay. Before you were checked in, the equipment in the room were checked and the fridge was working fine then. We will look into that. In terms of the rundown furniture, we are quite surprised as your room has just been updated with a new couch, bed and other furniture. We do not know how you would think the room was cheap and rundown... this is a serviced apartment, and not a 5-star hotel. Therefore, please also think about it from that perspective. As for entering residential towers wet and with sand, there are reminders all around the property and by the beach, stating that this is prohibited. This is for the safety of all our guests because tracking water in the hallways may cause accidents. There are huge locker rooms and shower rooms right by the beach/pool area where you can freshen up and change to dry clothing as you may have seen. The lobby staff are just doing their job and enforcing the regulations to ensure everyone's safety. There are no exceptions to the rule sir, even unit owners have to follow them . We sometimes also have a difficult time when guests do not follow the rules and later on complain. Thank you.

This place was nothing like a full service hotel and it was very crowded . They asked to bring towels and bottled water because they didn’t offer any amenities . All together it was not a pleasant stay

Hi Mel. To clarify, we are not a hotel. As you can see on our property name, it clearly says “Residences”. We are a serviced apartment with some hotel amenities. Please make sure you check the description of what’s included in the room before you book so that you don’t set incorrect expectations for yourself and others. We understand some guests like hotels over apartments while most guests book us for the unique wave pool, man-made beach and the Paris Hilton club. Thanks for your feedback and we hope future guests will be able to read this and gain awareness of what we offer.

Hassle checking in
We were looking forward to relaxing, especially after a long flight and delays at the airport. The delays continued at the resort. No one came to meet us and calls to the number provided to Expedia went unanswered. The only and last option was to send an email to the email I got from Expedia when I had to provide our names a month before. I was relieved to get a message back with a number I could call and finally get our room. I'm not sure we'll be staying at a condo in the future. It was nice to cook our meals there but checking into a hotel is a lot less hassle.

清潔感まるでなし。ゴキブリ多数。 キッチンあるけど包丁、スプーン、フォークなし。宿泊時にテレビが壊れたと言って交換。ポットは使ってみたら壊れていて交換。 シャワールームには前の宿泊者の下着が放置。 正直言ってこの部屋を紹介している運営側にもある種責任はあると思ってます。
