Disappointing. The hotel was full of people going to a concert who all came back at the same time and all wanted a drink. The bar was shut. The hotel was effectively closed at 11.30. Just not good enough.

My husband booked us a night at hotel to celebrate my birthday! We loved the spa facilities! Our room was clean,bed was comfy, and I loved the modern look of the room! I must also add we had breakfast at hotel which was very nice as well.I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends and also stay at this hotel again as it was in walking distance of train station and shopping centre

Had a horrible couple days stay, internet was down both days and staff were not aware of protocol on how to get it up and running. The room was supposed to be a superior room, but not particularly well maintained. Better hotels around the area in my opinion.

This hotel is amazing. I always feel relaxed as soon as I enter the hotel, the reception is very friendly and their check in procedure is best in UK. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bar and dining are very good quality. Highly recommended

Great hotel
The hotel was very nice, the bed was extremely comfortable we slept so well. Food and drink great, service was great from all the staff in the bar and restaurant. The only thing I’d say was an issue was the shower being so low for my husband and the shampoo/shower gel dispenser came out with force and went everywhere except into your hand! Not a major issue but strategies to catch it had to be learnt promptish! 😅 overall a lovely hotel and we would gladly stay again.

Very tired room. Disappointed that the soap dispenser in the shower was empty, and most of the TV channels didn’t work. Stayed at a number of Radisson hotels but this was definitely not the best - especially for the e price.
