"Upon checking in we were informed of a R$84 service fee even though we had reserved and paid in advance through Expedia. Then we were informed that the pool was closed for the day. The check in process took about 25 minutes and then they were unable to give us key cards for our room. Each time we wanted to get into our room someone from the hotel had to go with us to let us in. At 10:30 pm at night someone knocked on our door to give us a key card. Other than this, everything else was great. "

Electricity supply may not be adequate to charge your devices. The tourist agency with a desk in the hotel can book your transfers and tours. The agent will accept credit cards for payment. Excellent service. Whatsapp - Yara Krul +55 92 8182 0162. Very reasonable. Arrive a few days early to take tours. We booked the Amazon Safari. "
