"The house was just perfect! Good locations for all the things we wanted to do. Very clean and well stocked with all of our needs. Enjoyed walking around the neighborhood in the evenings. If I could give it a rating of 10 stars, I would. If we ever return to DC, we will stay here again."

"Great family vacation. We walked to dinner in the neighborhood and walked the dogs to the park, and walked to the metro to take in the sites, museums, and even a caps game. Close to the airport and a huge shopping center. We recommend the District Biscuit company...very yummy and close by. The neighborhood is very dog friendly and theres a great park nearby for dmall children to play. The house is very quiet with plenty of room for the whole family."

"Little Oatlands was home for 9 of us for a flower filled week in May. We assembled from KC, BC, CA and VA to attend my daughter’s wedding overlooking the Potomac at Murray Hill. The property and approach to Little Oatlands takes your breath away! Flowering Dogwoods line the drive blending with the white fence and homes in the distance. Each of us walked down the lane to read the plaques and the history of the preserved property. Certainly a history lesson and it would be wonderful to know...

"We were 3 siblings with our spouses - plenty of room and very comfortable. Lots to do close by. Owner was great to work with - very responsive and attentive."

"Property is beautiful clean but could have used additional basic kitchen supplies such as alum foil Saran Wrap ziploc bags etc. To no fault of the owner Vrbo failed to send access code. However owner was very responsive providing the code at 10:30pm when we arrived."

"We had a great time on our recent stay! Beautiful, cozy home in a nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors! Close to the Metro, which made traveling into DC smooth and easy. Charles was a great host and responded quickly to any inquiries! He also was very accommodating of our request to shift our stay due to some unforeseen circumstances. Would recommend and enjoy staying again in the future!"

"Everything was as advertised. The bed downstairs is in a room with very low ceilings, probably best for a child, and the bed is short as well. It is comfortable, but not for a tall person"

"We are actually from Arlington and needed a couple place to stay for the first week of a bathroom renovation. We luckily found this place, which was the way to our daughter’s school. The neighborhood is one of the best - quiet, safe, upscale, and near supermarkets & metro. House is nothing special from outside, but is well maintained and very clean on inside. Huge tv, nice picture window, nice bedrooms with cell charger, books, extra blankets. Kitchen is stocked with essentials - spices, coffee,...

"I booked this property for a group to stay for an equestrian event at Frying Pan Park. The house was perfect for our group. ITs well laid out, close to tons of restaurants, and to the venue. We had a blast and I would absolutely stay here again!"

"Great, central neighborhood with a lot to offer. Clean property. Very lengthy signing process (lease agreement, etc), which I haven't had to do before. I asked managing company for recommendations for NYE activities and did not receive any. Netflix on TV did not work. It kept shutting down. Other than that, it was a fun stay."
