Great staff, close to the main square, restaurants, shops. I was able to all over the town for sightseeing. The little pool was very cute too. Breakfast was fantastic. The staff was very helpful in arranging me a taxi to San Juan Del Sur. I’d definitely stay again if I visit Nicaragua again.

Central location, clean, and the staff were attentive. We found some outdated information in their guest handbooks, and they quickly addressed by offering breakfast past the actual hours due to the misprint in their book. The next day, they reprinted outdated pages.

Walked every where. Great bar and restaurant across the street.ad more in a few blocks. Whenever we had leftovers someone on the street would really appreciate them. Therefore some poor hungry street people.

Beautiful hotel and very convenient location. Walking distance to the city center. The entire staff at Hotel Casa San Francisco was very accommodating. Room was clean, beautifully decorated and spacious. Very delicious breakfast

We LOVED our stay here! The hotel is soo dreamy - the architecture, the flowers, the plants! Service was spectacular - we utilized their laundry services for an extra charge (only $5) and everything came back perfect, room was cleaned every day & they scheduled volcano tours & taxis for us to get to San Jorge for our next stop in Nicaragua. Bocadillos is the restaurant located in the hotel. It was INCREDIBLE. My Husband and I either ate or had drinks there every single day. Free breakfast was delicious and the menu had a lot of options considering it’s free. Everything we had ordered was great. The hotel was very quiet. Would highly recommend!

Lovely property in Granada with character
Friendly and helpful staff. Place was clean and in good location - all attractions in walking distance. Good wifi and air conditioning. Clean room. TV only local channels (no news or programs in English) and picture quality very bad. Breakfast included in booking does not include and meats or juices - extra charge. Hotel does not offer currency exchange. Overall though, I would recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay there again. Good experience in Granada and enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful little hotel with great staff.next time I’m in Granada I will stay here. I would also highly recommend booking tours through the hotel with Geovanny who was an excellent guide.

Very good hotel
A beautiful colonial house in center of Granada. Room was comfortable enough. Breakfast was good. They have a nice little bar and the cocktails they prepare are excellent. Personnel was very kind and helpful. There is on street parking for 2$ per night. A very good stay!

I’m traveling from the US , Los Angeles to be exact and I was nervous about the hotels in this city in a different country but everything was super easy when I got there and everyone is welcoming and friendly , you can walk to the best restaurants within a mile distance, you get a lot for your buck and the staff is great. My room was nice simple and clean I can not complain at all, the pool and garden is the best part of this place. I highly recommend!

Granada lovely hotel

Great hotel in the heart of Granada
Great experience here. Staff treated me so nicely. Patient with my struggling Spanish! Lovely little pool to relax by in the evening. Very quiet. Great location, close to the action but right in it! Perfect for a quick weekend in Granada.

Wonderful gem in the heart of Granada
Our family of four just had a lovely stay at the Casa at the end of our week in Nicaragua. It was absolutely perfect in every way. The proximity to the town square but far enough away from all the din, the warm staff, and the incredible breakfast made for a truly memorable stay. Make sure you try the artisanal yogurt and homemade granola! We’ll be back soon...

We had a great stay overall at Casa San Franscisco, however it seems the rooms vary by price pretty greatly. We purchased the cheaper option and it definitely showed. Our room was pretty small, the bathroom smelled really moldy and funky, and the air conditioner leaked all over our things and the floor. However, the staff was nice and the location is really fantastic. You can't beat being this close to the central part of town without being in the midst of the partying tourists.

Perfect fit for charming Granada
This hotel is a perfect fit for beautiful, charming Granada. We were pleased with everything: the garden view from our balcony, the wifi, the breakfasts, the help arranging transport and guides, and the location near the best of Granada. The adjacent tapas bar was perfect for light suppers. We highly recommend this hotel.

Overall - a very good stay.
Overall, the hotel and our stay was very good. We were initially assigned room 1 which was appealing but small and loud due to being very close to the bar and kitchen. Management was helpful and moved us to room 14 which was larger and newer but had only small windows. Regardless, it was an improvement and had everything we needed. Staff were great! They helped us make Omatepe ferry reservations prior to checking in and were helpful and friendly every day.

Great location
Easy street parking . Few minute walk to Central Park and street with lots of restaurants and bars. Wifi spotty.... good in lobby. Very small pool. Staff overall friendly ..... we were told it would be no problem getting g ice on check in to find out the staff was not pleased about doing so..... and when they did it was a very small amount. We were offered an early morning breakfast on our check out day. Which was much appreciated. We are at the restaurant only once of the 3 nights and it was very good.

The room was fine in this tradtiona Colonial hotlel. We used it as a stopover en route to airport. $2 parking just across the street. We didn't eat at the restaurant this time but the food is usually quite good. Great selection of beers including Moropotente. Just two blocks from all the action. Bad wifi in the back of the hotel near the pool, where we were. Smells musty or mouldy in the pool garden. Had to wake up the receptionist when we were leaving to unlock the premises and pay our bill.
