"Do not stay at this hotel. When I arrived, they did not have my reservation, but they let me in anyway. The room they gave me had ants crawling all over the bed. They made a half-hearted attempt to spray the floor, but they ran out of bug spray. I told them I would make it work because it was almost midnight and I had just arrived from the US. "This beautiful casa on the beach was our home base to explore the perfect sandy beaches of Masachapa and Pochomil. We ate alot of fresh seafood (cooked perfectly for us at the poolside kitchen), in perfect weather, and we enjoyed every evening's gorgeous sunset. We hope we can return one day!"

"We had a wonderful stay ! The people who own the place are so friendly and generous, they brought us fruit, coffee and cake. They did their best with answering our questions and informing us of everything even with the language barrier and they even gave us an enjoyable lift to the bus station for a little extra. "The grounds were beautiful and clean. The restaurant prepared fabulous delicious meals at a good price and the staff gave great service. The room however, was outdated. Not enough blankets for the amount of air conditioning in the unit. The air conditioning was horrible. Either totally freezing when on or we had to turn it off and be too hot. Only 1 setting. The bed felt like it was going to break just by sitting down "

The house is even more beautiful than expected as the photos don't do it justice. The property is located in a quiet, private, and tranquil area but still close to shopping, restaurants, and everything else you might need. Wonderful experience and I highly recommend it for a stay in Managua."
