"The house is perfect for a big group. Plenty of outdoor seating, nice pool, plenty of everything in the kitchen, good hot showers and most importantly the beds are super comfy. The drive in from the main road however, a dirt track about 1km long is not for the faint hearted Also we had issues with the wifi for 3 of our 4 days. "A great holiday in this lovely villa . We took both villas as there were two family groups which worked really well. The facilities are great, with everything we needed and fantastic sea views and a private pool. Eleni and her family were so friendly and helpful with making recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. "The house itself was perfect for even the large group of 12 of us. There is many things to do in the town itself and the local scenery and beaches were lovely. As my whole party was under 21 we could not rent a car so we rented bicycles from the town and I can not recommend this enough. Overall had an amazing holiday👍"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Grapevines, the villa, location and weather were all perfect. The villa and pool were well maintained with plenty of advice and support from the owner and management. The location is lovely on the outer edge of the town but still with shops and great restaurants all within easy walking distance."

"No directions via email were given to us but we managed to find the property. The name of the Villa wasn’t displayed so we didn’t know which one it was. The key doesn’t fit the front door properly and the owner was on in contactable so it was all a bit of a fraught start. Spoke to the owner two days later, who said that I had her landline number and not her mobile. Hence she didn’t reply when we couldn’t get into the property. "We were family of 5 ranging from 23 yrs up plus friends of theirs and the areas of villa suited us so well. Outside space great round pool and other coveted seated areas. Driving a must really as the local cafes, supermarkets and beaches all down the bumpy gravel track to villa about 5 mins away only but definitely a must. The pin drop for villa also essential especially if arriving in dark! One of our best family holidays in an unpretentious area that’s not full of British tourists!"

"We had such an amazing stay here as 2 mums traveling with our kids. The pools and gardens were beautiful, the cafe had delicious snacks and coffee and the views of the sea and the mountains were stunning! A little bit out of town so a car recommended to get around but nice and quiet. We will be back!"

"Minos Palace is a gorgeous property with wonderful staff and top notch service. The hotel was able to arrange a taxi for us from and to the airport. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a larger room with a nicer sea view, received a very warm welcome with a welcome drink and tour of the hotel. The food is excellent, every staff member is very friendly and attentive, and the amenities were fantastic - spa, restaurant, lounge area with live music & DJ, pool, beach, and wellness activities like yoga and sound baths. It's also a short walk to the town. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting, and would easily stay here again. Thank you to the team at Minos Palace! "
