"Had a great stay at the Omni, and I will definitely come back in the future. Rooms are suites and are very nicely furnished and kept. Bedding was very comfortable, cleanliness was top notch, and location was perfect for easy access to mag mile! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! The only negative for us was that there is no room service and the offerings from the hotel restaurant are very limited. Luckily you are in Chicago with great restaurants ready to deliver!! "

"Valet parking is uncoordinated! They leave the car and take your keys to get another car. Once you receive your text that your car is ready, you have to wait longer because the employees do NOT delegate properly to get the cars while another give the keys to the guest. So much time wasted waiting on them. Several families affected waiting outside the hotel! Valet employees were not friendly nor communicative. "

"I love how quiet this hotel is. The walking proximity from my room to the elevator is not very far. However, I’m not a fan of the open shower — it should have an extra curtain in between its entrance & the toilet area so that nobody can create extra spills. Also, the flooring between the carpet & wooden floors need to be fixed. There’s an exposed nail in between that can wound up someone’s foot, especially when barefooted.
