Bathrooms were fairly modern but place needed a little loving care because drawers were off its rails so could not close. One bathroom door kept on jamming and in the end the handle fell off. Bathroom garbage can lid did not go up when pedal pushed. We traveled with 2 other families who stayed in other places and this apartment was the best.

It was a very comfortable and spacious apartment with everything that we needed to make our stay great. Right in the middle of a busy area with bars, squares, restaurants and music clubs but really quiet. 5 minute walk to the Prado. Easy to get to by Metro from the airport. We would stay there again. Thank you.

The only complaint or suggestion is regarding the recycle trash! We as tourists should not have to go around plazas looking for a place to deposit the glasses!as my husband had to do! Is okay to have a separate place to put all glasses and then the apartment should go and trash it as you are the ones who knows better! For the rest all is great!

Attention was great as well as the location and apartment. Many attractions are closeby. Grocery store is 2-3 min walking. Easy access to different type of transportation and have 24hr taxis just around the corner.

Inmejorable ubicación, cerca de todo lo que hay que conocer y cerca del subte para moverte por Madrid. Departamento con buen gusto y muy cómodo. Recomendado para parejas. Nosotros éramos 4 y estuvimos un poco apretados. Por el resto, volvería sin dudarlo.

The property was in near proximity with many stations, and it was convenient to walk to/from the shopping area. There are quite a number of food options too. The area has quite a night-life, may not be suitable for the light sleepers.

The managers (senor and senora) are very friendly and welcoming. The apartment is clean. The restaurant beside is great too. It could have been a perfect place if not for the noise from the street ..... constant shouting.

This is a great quirky property right in the heart of Madrid. It's location is excellent for all parts of the centre of the city. The building is full of history and it was quiet. The beds very extremely comfortable. It was a great place to stay to really explore the city. We were a family of 4 people, with 2 teenage children. I would think if there were 6 of you, this property would feel quite small.
