"Liked the well lit bathroom, cleanliness and layout of the room. Bed was comfortable. Adjusting the temperature was easy. Great closet. Love to have a fridge and microwave. Ice was nearby and the bucket was clean with a bag in it. We had plenty of towels. The TV was easy & the guide helpful. Coffee was good enough. I’d definitely stay here again - but would ask for a room away from the roof HVAC which we heard and felt as we were on the top floor. "

"Accommodations aren’t the best but it was always clean till this visit. Bath tub was brown, towels had stains, sheets had holes, room smelled, toilet paper holder falling off, only 1 bath towel provided, floor was dirty, breakfast selection was sparse. I’ve always given good reviews because we liked coming here so please fix problems."

"Overall it was a nice two-day stay. However, the toilet overflowed, and when I called the front desk, the cleaning lady brought a plunger to the door to give to me. I informed the lady I didn't ask for a plunger I was letting them know the toilet was overflowing. When she came into the room and saw the toilet she stated the maintenance person wasn't coming in until 11:00 am, it was 9:00 am. Even though the person at the front desk was pleasant it was a disconnect when the cleaning lady appeared at the door. We were informed we would get clean towels and face clothes since the cleaning lady used our towels and face clothes to clean up the water. When we returned to our room there were no towels or face clothes we had to go to the front desk to get them. The water in the tub went down very slowly. "
