Overall it was a nice two-day stay. However, the toilet overflowed, and when I called the front desk, the cleaning lady brought a plunger to the door to give to me. I informed the lady I didn't ask for a plunger I was letting them know the toilet was overflowing. When she came into the room and saw the toilet she stated the maintenance person wasn't coming in until 11:00 am, it was 9:00 am. Even though the person at the front desk was pleasant it was a disconnect when the cleaning lady appeared at the door. We were informed we would get clean towels and face clothes since the cleaning lady used our towels and face clothes to clean up the water. When we returned to our room there were no towels or face clothes we had to go to the front desk to get them.
The water in the tub went down very slowly.
