"The Host was the most welcoming I ever felt at a hotel establishment. she made me feel welcomed and comfortable. very nice person. the property is a little run down but she said they are working on it. my room was freshly remodeled and clean. the bed was comfortable and the shower clean except the curtain rod was a little rusty. my experience was great and I would definitely stay here again when im passing through town. "

"something was going on in Lubbock this week and there was no rooms. I had to reserve here..and when arrived she could not find me and said they now had no rooms. after 20 min they finally found reservation. The hotel was clean I guess for the type of hotel it was. but can use touch ups. I cancelled my reservation after one day and went to where I normally stay .. they refunded my money . but I was charged 149.00 dollars for one night due to the price hikes from that week.. and the rate stated...

"The front desk staff was so welcoming & helpful. They had the office smelling so nice & it was decorated so cute for Christmas. The room was spacious, smelled good & was clean. It had a full size refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table, two couch seats & the two beds. The parking lot is pretty small & if you’re on the side by Marsha Sharp freeway there isn’t parking by your room.
