Everything about this hotel was excellent except for their parking. They don’t have their own parking lot and you have to pay to park in this small parking lot next to the building. Other than that, 10/10. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are amazing restaurants, bars, and activities within walking distance. The hotel was beautiful and clean. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our one night staying while passing through from the Midwest to Pigeon Forge. Staff was extremely friendly, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was very good and staff kept everything filled, workout room had everything I needed. Kids especially enjoyed the pool table and sitting by the fire on the courtyard. Parking ramp n cat door was easily accessible and only $10 for 24 hours.

Hotel was clean and very friendly. Parking was a little expensive but thats typical in the city. Breakfast was the only part lacking of the stay. Not alot of variety and only one waffle maker made for long wait times. Room was clean. Great water pressure. Full size refrigerator/freezer. Would stay there again.

There is a private outdoor area with gas fire pits. It was nice but not in great shape as far as having knobs to turn on the fires and equipment. If you have allergies like I do, you will deal with previous animal dander due to marginal cleaning. Overall it’s a fair to good property.
