Second time here and my first time was a better experience. Only negative thing I have to say about my second time staying at this hotel was that we had no shower curtain in our room. So you can see people showering next to you. Overall pool and the bar next to the hotel were nice to have. We came for a concert in Kia forum and it was very convenient for a walking distance. So if your going to sofi and Kia forum for whatever event I’d choose this hotel just make sure you have a shower curtain l.

It was very strange that there was no parking lot and they had to use valet service. If you leave it for even 4 hours, you have to pay $35! This is big waste. The bed comfort was like a student room. Apart from this, the cleanliness, atmosphere and bathroom details were so nice.

DESIRE

The only thing I liked about the room was the bathroom setup, primarily the shower. The beds were small, my door appeared to have been tampered with previously. There's construction going on directly across the street and the noise was ALL DAY-Construction occurred at 3am. Amenities were limited, I had to wait over an hour for extra towels I requested. They charged for late checkout requests when most hotels offer a one-hour extension for free. Parking is horrible. There's a lot of potential for it to be a nice hotel and while there are things like construction on other properties that's out of their control they fall abundantly short on things that are in their control. If you're staying for one night to go to a game or concert I can see it working out but if you're looking to travel or sight see or have guests visit you look elsewhere, it's not worth all the inconveniences.
