"The house and state of the house was fine, but for the cost and the rules around keeping and leaving everything clean including the BBQ, with a threat of a $50 fine if not cleaned, I would have expected the pots etc to be clean? we only used 1 pan, due to the state of them, and I cleaned it before we used it. Only a tiny scourer was supplied also, so I don't know how you expect everything to be cleaned when very little is supplied to do this? Apiece of steel wool would help to keep the pans...

"Arrived at 2pm and manager was at lunch.Rang bell 3 times to then have a worker come to reception.English poor.He called manager on phone.NO effort to come down and serve.No forks or teaspoons were in the room. Probably would not stay again."
