We made reservations 8 months ago for a king bed room. When we checked in, he said all they had left was a queen bedroom with handicap utilities. Meaning a sink at our knees and a bathroom set up for wheelchairs. We had paid for and reserve this room eight months ago. There is no excuse for not saving, what we paid for for us the manager was rude and obnoxious.

Some items of breakfast were cold. Had to wait for other items to be replenished. Noisy exterior immediately outside window. Pleasant and helpful receptionists, concierge and bar staff. Would have been nice to have a fridge in the bedroom.

Very friendly staff. Good bar menu available till late in the evening. We stayed on a Friday night and the entertainment in the front lounge was great. Very friendly atmosphere. Will definitely return to this hotel.

Its a great hotel very friendly gerry was superb he helped us park the car and took our bags to the room he was a lovely friendly man as was all the staff we had a lovely breakfast in the morning so all in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay thankyou we will return

Total chaos of a hotel, Rude staff, zero stars!!!
Checked in late and offered credit card to have on file we were told it’s ok!!! Water in bathrooms cold!!! Noise at night in foyer deafing!! Reception staff rude Reception Rang in morning of check out to come down and pay bill. We did that and they only took part payment then continued to harass guests in other rooms that were on the same booking to check out and pay bill!! Manager ran away when we were checking out an left rude staff to answer questions which they couldn’t answer Not clean throughout
