It is such a pity that this property has been allowed to deteriorate so badly. In the past it was comfortable and well-kept. It is now shabby and run down.

Quite rough around the edges. No mini bar when there said there was. Slow internet. Slow staff service. Asked for towels and waited 4 hours and then had to phone on the mobile to reception desk as the in room telephone wasn’t answered when we used this call reception.
