The Park Plaza Victoria is a perfect location for a stay in London. It is minutes from the Victoria train, underground, bus and coach stations (and we used every one!) Not only that, but Hamilton and Wicked are playing within a block of the hotel. We booked tickets for Wicked at the last minute and had great seats. There are pubs and cafes for breakfasts within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again - the location was everything, and the hotel was clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Thank you for a wonderful stay, PPV!

I loved this hotel. The location is amazing, close to restaurants, theatre and the metro. The blackout curtains kept the room dark, important when the sun rises at 5:00am. We opted for cleaning every other day which would have been fine except that it wasn’t cleaned for the first five days! They ended up comping our breakfast and cleaning the room every day the last three days. The beds were comfortable, towels large and water pressure was good. My only other concern was the deep bathtub and insufficient anti slip strips or a bath mat of some kind so I didn’t worry about falling with each shower. Next time I will bring shower shoes😊.

This is a perfect location for travelling on train or using the Underground. It’s only a 3 minute walk to the train station. Although the location is perfect for get around, it lacks numerous restaurants and shopping compared to other locations in London. The hotel was clean, staff was great and helpful. The only downfall was the water. Way too hot for showering. If adjusting to a temperature that was comfortable, then there was no pressure. Also, the tv in my room didn’t work. Although not something I required so didn’t complain about it. Personally I wouldn’t stay here again.

I like the rooms as it’s spacious & close to everything. I would definitely going back to London & more than likely that I’ll be staying with Park Plaza again. Though, I might try the other park plaza closest to the Thames next time

I recently stayed at Park Plaza and it was fantastic! The location was the draw for me, just a minute or two from Victoria Station, but it was the comfort of the bed and the gorgeous bedding and pillows that really upped the overall experience. (Please Park Plaza, tell me where I can buy that amazing bed topper and bedding set. The nicest I’ve ever experienced). The room was spacious and the bathroom, with slate tiles, was really lovely, as well. London is more pricey than other cities so I just accept that aspect. They offered a complimentary bottle of wine in exchange for declining in-between room cleaning (I was just there for 2 nights so it made sense). Front desk very helpful. This was a fantastic stay and I’d recommend if within your budget. Thank you, Park Plaza!

Looks good, facilities good and in a good location. Windows didn't block out as much sound as I would have expected and beds were pretty uncomfortable, especially the pillows. Noise from upstairs like moving furniture for around 25 mins around midnight. Sofa bed needed a bigger duvet at the very leadt to allow two children to share this.

Very convenient to Victoria rail and tube station. Very little contact with staff and cannot comment on food and beverage as we didn’t eat there. They upgraded us to a very spacious suite which was very nice.

I would not rate this property as a 4-star hotel. There were many little problems that all stacked up as a pretty mismanaged site. AC does not work properly despite maintenance cleaning filter; bathroom fan did not work; tub drain clogs; rude lobby staff; incorrect breakfast time given that affected timing for tight morning schedule. The staff was helpful when prompted and the breakfast was quality and convenient on days and times you could access it.
