We stayed in this hotel for 9 days and 8 nights and loved it so much. The hotel staff were extremely nice and very helpful. They gave us a very nice room on the 2nd floor with a great view. The bed size was comfortable for 2 of us. The breakfast was healthy and the cappuccino was delicious. I strongly recommend this hotel for everyone and make sure to ask for the type of room you like that fits your need. It was very close to underground train station and very safe place to stay. Thank you for everything you did for us. We greatly appreciate it and plan to stay again when we visit London next year.

Room was so small hardly 2 people could fit w 2 suitcases. Paint peeling on shower ceiling, had to have maintenance come to fix plumbing, no hot water one morning, no railing on entrance steps, did not clean room when requested , average breakfast, carpets need cleaning, very few hangers.

Park International Hotel is a clean and comfortable hotel to stay. The Gloucester Road underground station is located within walking distance. It is not too far from Heathrow airport either. There is an excellent Thai restaurant just across the street. The room is clean with comfortable bed and a very modern nice shower with a refrigerator and has a very good air conditioner. It is also very close to the Natural History and Victoria and Albert museum (only one underground station away).

This was a nice older property the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean. Some things in the building needed maintenance (painting, replace molding, etc). Overall a nice place to stay.

The room itself was clean - other than the carpet, which was ‘bring your slippers from home’ dirty. The staff was quite helpful and the location is great. The carpets overall in the hotel are stained and dirty and the smell is musty and unpleasant. Worth the price? Yes, but be prepared.

Having stayed previously we were expecting a good experience however, on this occasion we were left disappointed. The allocated room was minimalistic. A very small bed, shower room and a toilet that you couldn’t sit on properly, basically requiring you to sit sideways. There were cracked tiles on the floor covered up by the bin. The curtains were stained, the carpet was soiled and on looking out of the window there was evidence of rubbish left directly on the balcony with cigarette ends in it. This was not the experience we were anticipating. There were also no benefits offered despite requesting them.

Convenient location. Room was small. Needed a good paint job, but probably get banged into a lot because of the size of the room. Mini blinds in bathroom looked like they hadn’t been cleaned since they were installed in 1970. Room was not accessible by lift, which was hard on two old farts with 50 lb suitcases. Shower was a good size. Close to the Tube, and grocery store right down the street. Would stay there again.

The hotel is lovely but in need of refurbishment. A coat of paint wouldn’t be remiss. The dining room was closed and the bar closed as well. Our first night we were out in a very bad room. The furniture looked like it came from someone’s basement. I’m sure it had been a staff quarters at some point. We asked to be moved and the staff was very helpful in getting us moved. It definitely needs a update but the staff were lovely and very helpful in finding restaurants, activities. And so very friendly! It was disappointing that the dining room and bar were closed. Just on principle, if advertised as available it should be available. Especially for the price paid. Overall the staff made the difference and it was safe and clean.

Clean, quiet, in a good location - walkable to bars, restaurants & tube so it’s convenient for heading in to the city also. Staff were very nice & helpful - hotel could definitely use some upgrades to the facade & the lobby/reception area. Bar wasn’t open at all while we were there for 4 nights over a rugby 6 Nations weekend so that was surprising as there were a lot of people in town for the Ireland v England match. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Staff was very accommodating. Upgraded room ($) was much nicer than original room and made our stay very enjoyable. Many restaurants ALL around and subway is just down the street less than. 300m away which was very convenient ( also had a grocery store there with alcohol). A stone’s throw away from 3 main museums and the Royal Albert Hall.

One lift wasn’t working but it was never an issue. Really helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast available. Different bathroom layout as toilet was in a corner but the shower was awesome. Excellent location just minutes from the Gloucester tube station. Direct line from Heathrow on the tube.

The staff was great! Friendly, helpful, made us feel very welcome. We had the hotel breakfast one morning; lots of choices and all very tasty. The hotel is easy walk to subway stations which was very convenient for us. We appreciated the rental umbrellas in the lobby! It is an old building and there were a few small maintenance issues but none of which detracted from our stay. We booked a queen bed room and our actual bed was more like a double.

Many thoughts on this hotel... I booked this specifically because of the beautiful pictures I saw online for their junior suites. Understanding that there was variance between some suites, I was not naïve to the notion to get my heart set on any one suite; that said, the junior suite that we paid for was a complete let down. Not only was it dated and drab, but quite literally dirty and hazardous. Within the first few moments of being in our room, we noticed cobwebs on the light fixture above the bed, and discovered used tea bags and open sugar packets in the ice bucket. The couch in the room had terribly sunken-in cushions, and there were nix and marks all over the walls. Not only this, my husband went to take a shower and the shower head fell off, nearly missing his foot. We went to the front desk to request if we could be moved, but the front desk staff offered little solution. One young lady was very helpful in trying to understand our disappointment, but the response was lackluster. That said, the morning staff did work to get us into a proper suite the next day; however, it was a let down knowing our time in London had to be split between our plans and moving rooms. The second room was absolutely stunning, and actually clean this time, but our first day was a let down. They did end up giving us a refund, but it only (strangely) resulted in a refund of $38, despite the inconvenience and hazard we faced. Best of luck if you book, but be prepared for the room you get.

Our room was clean, staff were friendly and breakfast was very nice. The location of hotel is excellent for walking, and train is very close to get around London. We’d definitely stay there next time we are in London. Downside, the hallways and rooms are looking tired, stains on carpets and bar is closed.

The mgr gave us a room upgrade for our second night stay. Hotel is old, tired as in whole carpet, grout gone, but near hop on off bus stop.
