Very friendly reception. Townhouse was extremely accommodating, kitchen stocked for ease. Lovely breakfast nook w great people watching. Comfortable beds and lovely bath.

We rented a three bed town house and drove into London at Easter. London is nice at that time of year, a lot quieter than normal. The property is in good condition and the added 24hr reception makes it a good experience. A great Micro Break
Fabulous stay, perfect location and very helpful staff.. We’ve stayed previously in an apartment and this time in a Town House...Both places luxurious and its great to relax in a large lounge and share with friends or family.

Check in was supposed to be at 3PM. We arrived a little before 3, but were told our room was not ready. About every half hour, we were informed it would be longer. We literally sat in the lobby for an hour, and then were moved to a temporary unit to "relax until ours was ready". Got in to our unit about 5:30 - really not acceptable when paying the rates we paid. Also, the dishwasher failed, and was not repaired and the sky TV box failed and was not repaired.

This is not our usual standard; we continuously aim to have the apartments ready for new arrival at 3pm and I am sorry that this was not the case on this occasion. This was due to the previous guest who checked out late, and this delayed the cleaning process. Regarding the dishwasher; our in-house engineer was unable to repair it due to a fault in the mechanism which required replacement. The dishwasher has now been replaced. With regards to the Sky box not working; this was due to a faulty part that required replacement. This was something beyond our control as the Sky engineer did not show up due to festive holidays. However, this has now been fixed, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you during your stay. It is my hope that these events will not permanently mar your opinion of our Residence and that you will return to us again, when I am sure you will remember your stay for all the right reasons. Fantastic location, very spacious, beautiful apartment. Service was excellent from all the concierge team. Waitrose nearby and large selection of coffee shops and restaurants. We have stayed in a number of hotels and serviced apartments in london and this is by far the best. We will return.

A great stay in the heart of Knightsbridge
Perfect location for Hyde Park, shopping, restaurants and bars in Knightsbridge. Walking distance from Knightsbridge Tube Station. Spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable 2 bedroom apartment. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location- right in the heart of Knightsbridge on Brompton Road a couple minutes walking distance from Harrods. 2 large and comfortable bedrooms both ensuite. Bathrooms were a good size too. Spacious living room, open plan modern kitchen. With windows shut- no noise from street. All in all a beautiful apartment. Just one small issue- Hotels.com advertised it as an apartment with a balcony with city views- no balcony in this apartment.

Brilliant space in London - perfect for a family
We had a great stay with our family of four right in the heart of Knightsbridge. Harrods was just around the corner and Hyde Park a five-minute walk away. We strolled into the heart of London every day, past Buckingham Palace and up the Royal Mile. The apartment exceeded our expectations and the staff in the residence were friendly, attentive and very helpful.We would stay again in a second.

Wonderful flat
Cheval Knightsbridge is a wonderful property on a quiet street close to shopping and restaurants. It was a short walk to Harrods, Harvey Nichols and many other shops and restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was outfitted with enough pots, pans and dishes to cook a banquet! We appreciated the welcome provisions of water, tea, coffee, milk and shortbread. No detail was too small to overlook. Cheval provided tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, soap for washing dishes. A charged cell phone was provided for complimentary use. Umbrellas were left in the apartment in case of inclement weather. WiFi was fast. All in all a great stay!

Great stay in London!
Chaval Knightsbridge made our vacation to London a great one. The location is so convenient to bus and tube stops. We easily saw the city while there are plenty of great places nearby as well. The two bedroom townhouse was perfect for our family of 4. Our two daughters were very comfortable in their own room with their own bathroom. The master was extremely nice and we used the kitchen quite a lot for easy, cheaper meals. The staff was incredibly helpful at all times of day and quickly fixed a small issue we had with an appliance. We will absolutely stay there again and hated leaving!

The staff were amazing. The stay was for a special birthday treat, and it certainly was a treat. The hotel is in a wonderful location and the rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. Plenty of parking

This is an excellent facility, modern, clean and new. Location is as good as it gets for shopping in Knightsbridge - one block back from Brompton Road, so quiet, but so close, and with easy access to Hyde Park for exercise. The staff are great, happy to help in any way, but without any airs and graces. Our one bed apartment was fully equipped, we do our own breakfasts, but could have done dinner as well, and the space of an apartment just kills an Hotel room. Best accommodation we have had in London in 20 years - will 100% return on our next visit.

Pleasantly surprise
The four of us totally enjoyed staying in our 2 bedroom apt. It was spacious and furnished simply yet luxuriously. The large kitchen had all the necessities for cooking, coffee making etc. The building was quiet and situated close to Harrods, wonderful cafes, restaurants, and major sites. The concierge was attentive and helpful. A taxi stand is right outside the door. Just ideal. I would highly recommend it to everyone and would stay again when in London. Being a landlord myself you can tell this building is well cared for and managed.
