"We had a great stay here and were very impressed with the place. Rooms were very clean and very nicely furnished. The place is located right next to a morning market which is ideal for grabbing breakfast and lunch if needed. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help and ask if there is any way they can be of help, and they offered us a complimentary lift to the bus terminal upon leaving the place. "Tired, unloved and a little dilapidated. The first room given had a broken toilet, the seconds A/C didn't work. We were constantly asked for proof of booking, yet they still tried to charge us at the end. They wouldn't boil some water for us, even though we could clearly see a kettle behind reception. Nasty place, nasty staff and local tuk-tuks and taxis consider it to be in the middle of nowhere (It's 6 km from town centre) And rip you off accordingly. Do not book this hole!"

"Ive stayed here a few times as its the only place i like in Pakse. Im also happy to see that they didnt close after covid and are still running. However standards have noticeably dropped alot, whether its on or off season shouldnt make a difference. Im hoping my next visit will be better. The WIFI is terrible."
