"This hotel is beautiful. We had a suite and enjoyed the extra space of the sitting room. The room and the hotel are modern, lovely and comfortable. The shower has a full door! We appreciate this, after other places with those ridiculous half-doors.
The area is wonderful, right in the middle of the city, with stores, restaurants, and the arch right outside your door. We coud not be happier with this hotel and will stay there again."
"Look no further, you found the best. We were happy beyond our expectations. From the free included city tour, the unparalleled breakfast, the delicious ice cream, the wine events in the evening, the goodies at night, the wonderful location, the professional and friendly staff, this is the best compared to the rest!!! "
"Located in the Baixa, centrally located, so easy to get anyplace in the city, either walking, metro or Uber. We had dinner there with a Fado show one evening and it was surprising good, usually not a fan of hotel food but this was worth it and good, and the Fado singer was excellent!"
"Decided to rebook after our first night stay in Portugal. The hotel is clean and quiet and is close to a lot of the spots we had on our list. The staff goes above and beyond and makes you feel like you are a welcomed guest. 10/10 🌟"
"The hotel is centrally located in a very nice and safe part of Lisbon. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and available amenities very nice. The only issue we ran into was that the restaurant recommendations from the staff were terrible. Do NOT eat at Gina’s - some of the worst food of the trip."
"I’ve traveled quite extensively. This is my new favorite hotel ever. Beautiful hotel. Over the top staff and service. Special shout out to Carla and Bruno ( note to management- be sure to take care of those two - they are remarkable ambassadors)
Even if you don’t stay here, enjoy the fado show and dinner, it was phenomenal.

"Property was right in the middle of all the sights we wanted to see. Seems a bit crazy outside because its a very touristy area, but the inside of the hotel is very nice and well kept. Rooms were a bit small but very clean. "
