"Beautiful hotel. Our room was spacious with two chairs and a desk. My only complaint was there were three of us and they left towels and water for two. They quickly brought another set of towels and water when asked. Easy access to places in Limerick. "
"We greatly enjoyed our one-night stay at this hotel. The location was idyllic, near the medieval district and King John’s castle. The room was lovely. The restaurant inside of the hotel is beautiful and serves a delicious breakfast. A breakfast table reservation is necessary to avoid waiting in line (even if you have paid in advance). Our only hesitation about the hotel is that our room did not have air conditioning. The fan provided had a timer for two hours, therefore we had to get up in the...
"Very nice stay for the area. The hotel itself you can tell is old, but has been recently renovated, particularly in the lobby. The dinner at the Brasserie was good but the service was slow, and no attendant was at the reception for the first few minutes when we arrived. Otherwise, it was a good place to rest your head for a night."
"Best hotel yet that we've stayed at on holiday. Gorgeous room overlooking the Shannon river. Staff upgraded our room upon arrival. Welcoming lobby, friendly concierge. Definitely coming back to this hotel. "

The restaurant inside of the hotel is beautiful and serves a delicious breakfast. A breakfast table reservation is necessary to avoid waiting in line (even if you have paid in advance). Our only hesitation about the hotel is that our room did not have air conditioning. The fan provided had a timer for two hours, therefore we had to get up in the night to reset the timer. We left our windows open for fresh air, but it was quite loud as businesses opened in the morning. "
