One of the best upscale hotels I've ever been to in a big city. Everything from the staff to the amenities were amazing. I really enjoyed the early check-in and late checkout option. And they made my birthday very very special I will definitely be returning

Unfortunately during our first 2 days the hotel had no hot water and by the 3 day, there was no water at all. The hotel manager was very kind and she was able to accommodate us into another hotel a block away. I wouldn’t rate this hotel as a 4 start hotel, more like a 3.

This hotel is located in an excellent part of Lima. The staff and the amenities are excellent. They had a problem with the hot water and yet the were fast to fix it and the staff was very involved in addressing concerns with guests and even provided complementary pastries to the room and free breakfast. The staff is very friendly and always catering to you. Definitely a great place to stay in Lima.

The rooms are a good quality. The staff are great - front reception and bar staff particularly. We received several gifts of cake/ fruit - nothing was a problem. We requested a late check out and were told to keep the room until our airport pickup - really good service. It’s in a good position for local bars and restaurants in Miraflores

Wonderful property and area!
We travelled as 3 couples and primarily speak only English. This hotel is very nice and the staff were wonderful and very helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and staying in the Miraflores area in Lima. Feels safe and lots of restaurants and shopping to walk to. We also stayed part of our trip in Barranco and we would not recommend that area.

The hotel seemed clean, designed in a modern minimalist manner. So much so, that there was little to no storage space. The bathroom had no counter, only a sink. Rails for the handicap, but no toilet paper holder. The tp was left on the back of the toilet.

Great location, fantastic hotel and amazing staff. Everything was excellent, from the moment I booked the stay, with pre-checkin email to facilitate faster check-in on arrival, helpful and kind staff, great breakfast, nice amenities, rooftop pool with patio and bar, super clean and modern rooms to easy checkout on the last day. Tasty breakfast, comfortable bed. Front desk reception helpful and friendly however can’t say the same about the bar staff upstairs. Furthermore, booked this place partially due to having a rooftop pool but pool looked quite dirty and second day non operational due to excessive rain.

The overall experience was good. Staff is nice and helpful but rooms are pretty basic. Location is great.. restaurants and coffee shops nearby. My only and big complain is the hotel had a some sort of mold smell and humidity as soon as you entered ( reception) and also in my floor. It was annoying. The rest was good.
