Hotel is located in a very convenient part of Mira Flores, next to different restaurants and stores. Customer service was excellent and breakfast on the go was very convenient but the hotel rooms needed more attention. The bedroom and bathroom were not as clean as you expected. They were a little diary, with spots in some places. The toilet was dirty and the ac was old and not working properly. I was sweating during the night time. Personally I would search other options before staying here again.

It's located near restaurants, shopping centers and more. I did not like the distribution of the rooms. We we're in the 3rd floor but to get to the room we had to go down some stairs go through a hall and go up some stairs again. If you have a havy bag with you it is very uncomfortable.
