"In town for Frederick 1/2 Marathon. Terrific location for enjoying all that Frederick has to offer. Walking distance to restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops. The apartment was spacious and had a very comfortable couch. Kitchen had new appliances. The one downside was that hot water heater was not functioning properly. Had to deal with luke warm showers at best. Fix it and I’ll stay again."

"We had a nice stay, but unfortunately when we left on Easter Sunday we came back our cooler was stolen off of the porch. I left it out only to dry out."

"My husband and I were stole away for a quick anniversary trip and this apt was exactly what we needed. It was spacious and comfortable and in a quiet beautiful neighborhood. Susan was so kind and hospitable and answered all questions quickly."

"We found the apartment to be clean and comfortable. It has a nice soaking tub. The only reason we would probably not rent again is because of the cooking pots and pans. They should of been thrown away a long time ago. If you don't plan on cooking any meals including breakfast it would great place to stay."

"Very nice apartment and great location. Apartment is well appointed for a long or short stay, with everything needed for comfort, including a small desk for working (this was a "working" trip). "Everything was convenient and clean. The shower was a challeng since the area was quite compact but everything else worked out very well for us. Our contact was very helpful as the directions that were qiven to us on the app were on the opposite end of our street and the Canal was interesting to navigate to the address needed but Laura was so helpful and patient with us and made sure that we located it and were safe."

"Stayed during Christmas holiday while visiting family. Property is large and had plenty of room even when we hosted Christmas dinner for immediate family. Since I was cooking, the kitchen was very important. Grace’s kitchen is stocked with good quality dishes, pans and tools. This was our second stay at Chateau Ridge and it won’t be the last."

"Cute place to stay in downtown Frederick. We enjoyed walking carroll creek park to breweries & all around downtown Frederick. The shops and restaurants are so fun to explore."

"The space was ideal for me. Wish i could have stayed! The property had 2 nice features that made the most impact, the bed and the shower head. The living room couch isnt very comfortable but still worked. Listing says only dogs under 20lb is allowed and it's the neighborhood rule, but there are many very large dogs in the neighborhood. That was a little disappointing."

"Has everything you will ever need for a stay in Frederick. Jimmy and Ms Ambrose are very responsive if you ever need anything. This is within walking distance to downtown and would recommend for a stay in Frederick."

The breakfast basket was such a personal touch and there was even a welcome gift bag for each of us. They thought of everything. Can't even decribe how comfy the bed and pillows were. "Very clean and homey. We spent the evening enjoying downtown Frederick - this is a lovely location close to downtown attractions. Safe off-street parking, comfy lodging with multiple conveniences such as washer/dryer, cozy sitting room and designated rear entrance. We will definitely stay again!"

"We had previously visited Frederick last November and had only been able to spend a little bit of our visit in Historic Frederick. We loved staying in historic Frederick and the property was unique, very clean and well laid out. I should have realized was that 'penthouse' in a historic home would mean steps. I am blind in one eye and have poor physical balance so carrying luggage up stairs is challenging. Nonetheless, we loved the layout and amenities of the property. The view from the deck was...
