Unfortunately, we have to follow the brand standard in regards to furniture placement in our rooms. It would be nice if they would let us decide. Hi! Thank you for taking the time to submit a review of your recent stay with us. I am happy to see that you enjoyed it. In regards to calling you; my desk clerk had told me that she left a note on my office door to call a guest regarding the tubs. When I arrived at work, there was no note. The only thing we can think of, is that it had blown off and got mistaken for trash. She could not remember the guest name or number. I am so sorry. Please know that the safety and security of my guests is my #1 priority. Because of this review, I can look up what the room number was and send my maintenance team in. Again, I am so sorry and thank you for your time.
