Great home...beautiful landscaping, pool.
Lovely vacation home. The location near the public beach was a negative, but we knew this when we booked. All in all, this home had everything a family needs for a beach vacay. The pool put it over the top.

Gorgeous house in great location. Very high technology from tv's to lights. Very spacious. Loved the kitchen!

Jaded forever
Once you rent a house by the beach that has a pool and an elevator you can’t go back to a normal rental. Moving in and out took hardly any time with the elevator next to the interior garage door. Having a pool for the whole family to hang out at all when it was too hot for the little ones at the beach, made the trip. Great memories were made. Worth every penny.

Beautiful home. Comfortable. For The money I think there could have been a few more extras……hangers in closets, no linens fee, clean grill without a threat of charge if I didn’t clean grill. If you aren’t a tech person you will get very frustrated trying to figure out how to turn on lights, fireplace etc. there is a book to explain and we forgives out half of it. I would stay again, but t have to be better prepared for items I know are not included.

The water shut off on Christmas morning
We woke up on Christmas Morning to find that the water had been shut off. It took two hours to get it turned back on. We were travelling with our baby. Two weeks later, we learned that it took so long for the water to be turned back on because the owner's phone was off (the owner's app automatically shut off the water). We requested a partial refund and received $100. The house and location are nice enough, but we'd recommend against staying at this property.

The owner has a system that turns the water off during non-peak hours over the off-season. This was remedied as soon as the owner woke up and saw the message. The guest was without water from 2 am to 7 am, so not sure why this was such an inconvenience, but regardless, the owner still agreed to compensate them as long as I agree to not rent to them in the future.

Paradise!!
This is the type of place you stay and never want to leave!! Beautiful view of the water! We were there over the Fourth of July and had a great view of the fireworks from the screened in porch! The mattresses were very comfortable it felt like home did not want to leave :)
