"Very nice cabin in Maggie Valley. Everything you need is there, very clean. Bring your clothes, food and some extra firewood. Nice stream out the back with a firepit. Just enough seclusion for a village cabin. Loads of great places to eat close by if you don’t want to cook in the full kitchen. Plenty of walking and Jeep trails in the area."

"This was a fantastic girls weekend with my girls. A gorgeous cabin right on the river with an amazing deck. We saw eagles, ospreys and an otter swimming by while having coffee on the deck. We also relaxed at the near by hot spring spas for an hour got dinner at one of the local taverns. Tried our hands at fishing while relaxing near the water. Amazing place to relax and unwind. "The Deer Haven Cabin in Candler, NC, was the perfect gateway to Asheville. Located in Pisgah National Forest about 20 minutes from downtown Asheville, you have the best of a natural area and urban life within minutes of e/o. "This was our second year staying here in early spring. The breath taking view is the best! The owners are fantastic. Only one suggestion would be to bring extra towels. They only provided one per person and most women need two (one for hair, one for body). It was so amazing and We plan to keep this one on our list for revisits."
