Rather cheap, smelly rooms problem with drains so smelt of bleach. Thin hard beds, limited breakfast options, not value for money. council parking over road. Won't be using Ibis again.
Great value stay. Room basic, clean and compact as expected for an Ibis Budget. Great view of the city from floor 6. Handy location for the city. No kettle but tea and coffee making facilities on ground floor for free. Free hot chocolate was available at times. Tip: bring a flask for a morning brew in bed. Bed comfortable with the exception of the pillow. Only a firm pillow available which didn't suit me and resulted in me being awake for 1.5 hours in the night annoyed by it.

Disliked: Amenities
It is what it is very basic not even a kettle in your room but close to city center and clean had a grate view over looking Leeds would stay again
Can't ask for much more for the price. Maybe a little run down but area is very convenient, comfortable bed, clean and located in a fairly quiet area of the city centre
Booked for my mum and dad, as it was their first time visiting my fiance and I in Leeds. They said only good things about the hotel. Free hot drinks, good shower, and was right in town so close to everything.
We were disappointed with the level of comfort in the rooms. Also on the website we were led to believe there was parking, which there wasnt.
On each floor there were clearly two much bigger rooms at the ends of the corridors. What was the price for these rooms. We would have prefered to be have been offered these. I hope to hear about the costings of these and what the rooms were like.
