Bathroom so dirty I wouldn’t shower. Body hair all over bathroom, bathroom didn’t look like it was cleaned. Dirty hallways. Rooms outdated and need major rehab.

Public areas were not vacuumed. No morning breakfast or coffee, although the hotel was set up for it. Old, poorly maintained bathroom. The room, itself, was pretty clean with good bedding.

Ceiling in the hallway next to my room was missing, then they had a clear tarp taped to the floor beneath the missing ceiling piece. Shower looked to have mold as well .

Whirlpool was out of service and that’s what my daughter wanted. Pictures are much nicer than actual hotel!! Area is a bit dumpy. But price was good and staff was friendly.

Thank you for voicing your concerns. Though the front desk staff followed protocol when approached by a guest who was visiting demanding for a key to a room. As, a precaution they asked for identification and was given a disrespectful approach. Also, stated that they staff is being racist is uncalled for. We pride the safety for all guests as our establishment and follow protocol. If a name is not on a reservation and we can't verify with guest in house. You will have to understand safety comes first.

The walk up rooms with the grass outside was amazing for dogs. I would stay at this property really over anywhere else in Vegas when I have my dogs!!

Perfectly bare bones and average. Unfortunately there was some payment issue between the property and Expedia. After an hour in chat with Expedia they were able to resolve the payment issue. Additionally they had to service the AC and clean the carpets in our room during our stay. Seemed like poor timing on their part considering we were checking out the next morning. I would only stay here again in a pinch.

This was my first time staying at a Sonesta property. Parking was plentiful, the place smelled clean and fresh, and the service was outstanding. I will definitely be staying here again!

The door to the room would not open. There was a 1 inch gap in door and frame. Room not very clean. Hotel itself not clean. Staff not friendly. Not a great experience for first trip to Las Vegas.

The website stated there was a continental breakfast and restaurant which was not open when we got there. The hot tub was broken, there was a strong chemical smell in the hallways and room that affected our family’s allergies and we had to find a new hotel in the morning. We came as a gymnastics group and had to get accommodations for everyone. It was very inconvenient for our team and it took two days for the allergic swelling in my eyes to subside after leaving.
