We arrived at the hotel at 10am. We knew check in wasn’t till 4. But there was a option to pay $50 for an early check in. But there was no available. At 1pm we could try again for $25. There was one room ready out of the 4 we need. We took it and it was soooo run down. Holes in the bedding, smelled like smoke, carpet was filthy, bathroom fixtures were stained. These room were in desperate need of renovation. So at 3:00 we go back to check for the 3rd time and there was 2 employees checking in a line up of 200 people. It was gonna be hours before we got to check in. So I went to the vending machine online check in and waved over the person there helping with that. I explained the condition of the room and said the weren’t acceptable to stay in and requested a different category and not run down. She moved me over to the line up of 15 people that all had the same issue. Good new is they moved us to the horseshoe to brand new rooms that are double the size for the same price with no questions asked. In fact the CS rep said. She wouldn’t stay in those old rooms either and she understood our complaint and was happy to move us. So first day was some wasted time till about 6pm. But the rest of the week in the new rooms was great. Only thing is was very load. You could hear everything outside, traffic, music, belangio fountians. All night till about 2am when things start to quiet down. That city is definitely there to steal your money because its extremely expense

Overall, I highly recommend Paris. While it doesn't offer the shopping and dining options of other casinos around it (cough, cough, Caesar's Palace) the ambiance was amazing, the staff was great and there were some quality dining options. Speaking of ambiance, it is simply gorgeous inside and I would stay there again. My only complaint was that the tv service was Dish and it never worked smoothly for the duration of our stay.

Our room was next to the elevator and it made a loud roaring sound and a metal creaking sound every time an elevator went up and down. We could not sleep. Also, we could hear the music from the bars through the window. Our worst ever stay in Vegas. Wont recommend this property to anyone.

We stayed in the Versailles tower which is somewhat confusing... it is "mingled" among the Horseshoe hotel... It is NOT at the actual Paris hotel... I booked this tower because of the view of the pool as listed... the pool was not directly below... there was construction and a concrete walk way and THEN the pool... so the view was just alright... wish I would have know this, I would have stayed in a different tower with a "real" view.. Also the pool does not have umbrellas and it was 97 degrees out,.. so we didnt stay by the pool for long..

Felt nickeled and dimed. Charged $15/day when made a 3rd internet connection, $35/day for parking on top of a $50 daily resort fee. $10 for coffee in the morning. No coffee maker, microwave or fridge in the room. A couple positives - their pool is nice and food options were good.

As a first timer staying at Paris I was greeted with courteous and care upon my arrival. I loved the inside decor of the hotel. Once I arrived in my hotel suite I loved the cleanness and the decor in the room. The view was so amazing from my room too. I would recommend staying here for future events in vegas.

The Paris overall was great. The beds were super comfy and the walls were sound-proof. I was able to get a great night’s sleep. The only things that could be improved on were how smoky everywhere was and the limited food options. Everything was super expensive for what the food was.

limited connections to internet (2 devices), overly expensive food options, and long lines to check in. this place seems to upcharge you for everything they can. i get that it’s vegas, but i was left disappointed with my stay. manage your expectations when visiting this hotel or vegas j. general and im sure you’ll have a better experience.

Everyone working at the property was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We did have some concerns about cleanliness of the room (leftover residue, etc when we checked in and after room cleanings) and there was a corner of the pool that appeared damaged and there was some icky scum floating nearby. However, overall our stay was wonderful and we’d recommend Paris to friends and family travelling to Vegas.

Just stay at the Paris and eat at the many great places here because all other hotels are just a big hassle. You’ll walk 18,000 steps just to go down to a few hotels in each direction and this one has better vibe and food. I don’t like Vegas nor all the light up digital silly huge gambling slots it’s gotten funny actually here so at least the rooms and facilities here are worth staying here for all you need.

The dispensary should have better signs to explain the customers to stay away from them unless you need to buy something. Be careful when you check out because the hotel will charge you additional items and fees

The property and hotel were clean, there were many things to do. Pool was really nice. Drinks and chairs at pool were very overpriced. There should be more seating options outside that don’t cost extra. Also was very disappointed that there were not more gluten free options at the restaurant as I am have celiac disease.
