There was dirty towels in our bathroom when we first arrived, it almost looked like vomit.
We asked for a fridge the first night and didn’t have one delivered but was still charged , after speaking with guest services it was taken off. We checked in from the mgm app and there was about 500 dollars hold on my card, then for some reason we were signed out from the app so we went to the front desk to get a room key . I was again charged another 600 dollars. I called guest services to ask why since I already have had that on my card which they told me it was the fridge which I told them we don’t have a fridge and it was then taken off our bill. This was extremely frustrating as we were there for our wedding and had a lot of other things to worry about.
