The difficulty with luxury is that the things that frustrate you wouldn't necessarily register at another property. But I asked for a high floor and got 18/65. The safe in my room wasn't working and was never addressed. The person interacting with me via chat (after the bot) was a bit snobby and sort of put me in my place. This is big, glitzy, showy, loud VEGAS - the Cosmopolitan is a particular experience that way. Still, you gotta take care of the details.

This property is beautiful and we had an amazing room with a fountain view. The people who work there are all so friendly and the service was excellent. My only complaint is that there aren’t enough regular chairs at the pool. Everything near the pool is reserved for paying customers. There were way too many daybeds as well.

I have heard that Vegas hospitality has not been the same since 2020. However I did not experience that at the cosmopolitan! Everyone was extremely friendly. Highly recommend spa services!!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at the cosmopolitan.. I stayed for my honeymoon… the only unpleasant thing I encountered was a nasty manager at a coffee shop near the casinos… I ended up not receiving my tiramisu the day before and wasn’t close enough to address it as we had a day full of packed adventures… after returning with my receipt the manager became quite argumentative towards me saying that I should have worded my initial statement better… he was totally out of line and unprofessional with the corrections he attempted to make . He ended up making things right by replacing my missing item but his approach needs to coaches by upper management. Other than that the room was absolutely breath taking!

The hotel is very beautiful and clean. However, when we checked in, our room reeked of marijuana. I asked the staff several times to get into another room and they refused. The staff ended up deodorizing the room but it was just heavy perfume that made the smell of the room worse. I would have been able to handle to smell but I requested another room because I had my son with me. They didn’t seem to care about a minor being in the room and smelling this strong scent of marijuana. I was very disappointed because we spent so much on this room and was treated so poorly. I will not be coming back to this hotel.

Really clean and well furnished, room was huge with great views and balcony. Everything was modern and looked good, had a great personality and good food and drink options. Only minor criticisms were it was difficult to get a good temperature in the room and a coffee machine in the room would have been good

Me and my husband celebrated our 10 year anniversary requested a top floor and they placed us on floor 59 of 61. The front desk was always so helpful with anything that we needed and our fountain room view suite Just beautiful we will definitely be staying here on our next visit to Las Vegas

Propert is extremely well organized and clean. There are a lot of options to accommodate any guest. Spacious and modern rooms, pools and surrounding multilevel lounging areas make for a perfect relaxing break from the strip. We loved it and would recommend to anyone interested in visiting this lively city.

The variety of gaming and foods to choose from was nice. The secret lounges were awesome to find as well. All in all, it was very nice, clean, safe, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel building itself has some minor repairs needed, such as, lot of people were having issues with the elevator and scanning their room key and choosing the floor. Some of the lights were burnt out in our room as well as the jets in the soaking tube not working. It didn’t ruin our experience at all though.

I loved the artwork strewn throughout the property. The room decor was sophisticated and sexy. Everything felt upper class. The Sahra Spa was a 5 star experience. I’m not into clubbing and nightlife, but I enjoyed the Vegas atmosphere it created. It was easy to access several adjoining properties by indoor bridgeway- Aria, Vdara, and Bellagio. Planet Hollywood was a quick walk as well. 10/10 would recommend.
