The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious and clean. There were a lot of dining options. We were there on a Sunday so was disappointed the ghost bar was closed. The pools were also closed that day due to wind and after waiting 20 minutes for one pool to open the following day a worker walked by and said it was closed due to finding glass in the pool but the other pool was open.

Staff was extremely friendly and courteous, but Palms Place needs renovation and to work on its cleanliness. Only thing worthwhile about this property is the staff.

The air quality in the casino was pretty poor. Overly perfumed and strong odors of smoking. Many of the bigger casinos do a better job of maintaining a comfortable airflow and quality. It was an okay stay. Nothing I would rate as above average.

I like that this property is off the strip easier access, less congestion. Rooms are nice so much more relaxing than being in the chaos on the strip all the time.

Outside of the buildings looks rundown, inside is fine. Not enough places to lounge by the pool unless you have a paid reservation. Rooms don’t feel clean. Dust balls in corners of the carpet. Besides changing sheets, should vacuum the rooms. Palms was a younger, party-vibe back in the day, now, it is a little more low-key. which is fine.

Nothing bad to say about my stay. I just wish there was a fridge in my ivory suite. Other than that I have nothing negative to say. I had a great stay. Will definitely stay there again.

Viva Las Vegas @Checked into Palms C. was slow with one worker and lines were long and this was after 10pm. Same thing at early checkout with long lines and one Service rep. Rooms were great, updated with nice view of the strip hotels. Indoor restaurants were nice along with casino floor not too busy. Sux that 2 Pool were still closed, will need a car to get around due to hotel off the strip. Plenty of restaurants and shopping in surrounding areas. Got a Room price Deal so for the stay 4/5 *

We enjoyed the price for the suite and the pool area. The smell in the casino and common areas was horrid however. It was a mixture of overpowering perfume and smoke. It was so off putting we most liked will not stay here again

Had a great experience for my first time in Vegas but didn’t like that there was no mini fridge to use and no coffee maker/kettle and I’m forced to buy the stuff at the hotel. When I think of Vegas I think of “ the best of the best” and the room and the room amenities was not as great as I expected but I still had a great time.

Extremely disappointed and out of the six properties, we tried out and plan to review for our travel social media channels. This is our first negative review in Las Vegas. Valet was slow, but friendly. Location isn’t the best but I’m not gonna ding them for that because I know the area Other Hotel guest were exactly the best people but overall still fine Front desk, staff, and whoever handles everything with check-in and assign in the rooms was pretty terrible across-the-board The room wasn’t ready that’s fine. It should take a couple minutes like they said an hour and 10 minutes later it was finally ready. For later, check out because we weren’t able to check in time so I think it’s reasonable to expect an hour of later check out time that wasn’t granted. Everything is closed relatively early The biggest issue, however, is with the room we were showering and the drain for the Shower was pretty slow and was backed up. OK we can deal with a slow drain. Not a big deal. However, five minutes later when we were brushing our teeth a couple minutes later Water started backing up and the sink drain and then seconds after that black sludge like stuff started coming up and smelled in the other sink next to us that was absolutely disgusting and then it started to come out through the bathtub so the entire plumbing system in the unit is completely backed up. Way too late to do anything about it, but we’ll see what staff do but otherwise not a great stay whatsoever. T

The room we had, which was a double Queen in the Ivory tower, needed some attention. The curtains were torn, the bathroom faucet had hard water buildup, the office chair was peeling, the pillow case had a hole in it. We expected better from this resort.

Used cooler in the room for a few personal items. I was charged for using it. There was no note on door stating that a fridge could be rented and moving items from cooler would be a charge. There was $44.22 a night resort fee. That was never mentioned when i checked in or made the reservation. Waited for ever to get a waitress in the casino.

The room was quiet hot when we entered as the AC was off, and we were never able to get it to cool down a comfortable temperature. Room itself was nice and clean, the bed was just ok, I have slept in much more comfortable beds in hotels/casinos. One nitpick, the toilet paper was razor thing and felt like sandpaper, worst TP in a room in a long while.

It was an okay property. Was here for a wedding at the property so chose the location due convenience to that however I would never stay here again and I’ve been coming to Vegas for 15 years. Rooms need renovations and upon arrival the first room I checked into was dirty with stains (I have photos to prove) - moved me to another room more stains however less than the other. Overall gross however the fantasy suites are way better - don’t book their regular rooms ever if you choose to stay here. Huge difference in comparison. Wish I knew that prior to booking because their regular rooms are heinous. Overall won’t ever stay here again but the staff is really nice and wonderful. The only win of the property. Employees in Vegas are amazing. But take your money elsewhere so many better options.

Reasonable off strip option in a good location. Good water pressure in the shower, but the hotel shampoo/conditioner is trash. Mattress slid off the bed frame every time I got on or off the bed, can’t set the actual temperature in the room (at least in the ivory tower). Great blackout curtains
