The room was very nice, top-notch clean, quiet, quality and comfort. Their self sign-in kiosk didn't work. The entire check-in procedure was horrific. They did not acknowledge that I had pre-paid with Expedia, they didn't want to see the sign-in code that expedia provided, and so Circus Circus made me sign-in with them again and pay them again. They owe Expedia something!

It was a great place to stay with kids. The front desk lady was very nice and the water park and circus were a great bonus. Parking was inconvenient and the whole place was a little run down and outdated.

When i checked into my room, i had to walk to the manor ( about a five min walk). Upon entering the whole building stank like marijuana. I was under the impression this was a non smoking hotel. I went to my room the drawers were full of the previous guests clothing. The bathroom had streaks of poop on the toilet. I tried to call the front desk and was on hold for 10 min before i hung up packed my stuff and went to the front desk. I told the lady my concrns and brought her the clothing in the dresser. She was not friendly at all stated the rooms were full and made me pay an additional 60 to upgrade to a newer remodeled room. I was not expecting a hand out just a clean room and was not offered that. I paid the money the next room was better, but if i would have known i was going to have to pay an additional 60 dollars i would have stayed somewhere else that would have found me a clean room. Since it was 2 am upon my arrival i didnt want to have to travel to find a different hotel
