"Amazing hotel amazing staff, lifts were dirty, cleaners are so lovely!!!! Waiters and staff kitchen so lovely and attentive. Mainly pensioners and elderly people stayed at this hotel and they are all miserable! "

"We checked in very late and were unable to upgrade until the morning. A lovely lady called Natasha gave us the upgrade without charge. We decided to stay another night and she sorted that out too "

"Overall an amazing place, we arrived too early for check in but we were allowed to have breakfast. We met a wonderful waiter called George who was by far the best team member there, exactly the person you want to meet after a flight, transfer and no sleep. I was annoyed when I was told I only had bed and breakfast, only for the receptionists to realise their mistake, I felt like they thought I was lying. I would of given this venue five out of five if it wasn’t for that incident."
