We like this property very much and stayed in 3 apartments already but one thing which requires attention is cleaning AC system. It has moldy smell. It is related to another apartment we stayed before. If not this smell I would give 5 rating instead of 4"

"We had a very relaxing time. The open balcony was roomy and the wide view of the Gulf was beautiful. This condo was clean, comfortable, quiet. Checkin was easy and parking was plentiful. The heated pool, fitness room, tennis, pickle ball if we wanted stay active and great nearby restaurants to enjoy. We'd stay here again."

"Innisbrook is an incredible result with beautiful views, excellent greenery and lots of walkable areas. Brian and his team have an excellent unit on their hands here. Check-in was a breeze, Brian was responsive to our questions, and the unit itself was spacious, clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while attending spring training baseball games in the area, and found the people to be friendly, the parking ample, and the building well maintained. We are looking forward to...

"The place was fine. We had to ask for a blanket/ comforter for the pull out sofa because there wasnt any. We did get a blanket. We had to purchase batteries because the ones in the thermostat died and there weren't extras. Very limited glasses, mugs, and kitchen utensils. There were no oven mits/pot holders for oven use. There is not cable/satelitetv. You have to input your own streaming account and password to watch wifi tv. Location was bayside though with a nice view."

"Had a great time with million-dollar views of the gulf. Fishing is available around the island. Lots to do in the area with really good seafood and Italian restaurants. Owner was quick to respond to questions."
