"My stay at the Golden Crystal Hotel from April 26th to May 1st was exceptional. The hotel prioritizes privacy and comfort with private entryways to rooms, avoiding the need to go through reception each time. Despite not being one to frequent the pool, I was pleasantly surprised by its pristine condition throughout my stay. The entire hotel exuded cleanliness and efficiency—a testament to meticulous management. The professional and helpful staff stood out, ensuring my stay was perfect. The well-equipped gym was a major selling point, though I wished the weights were heavier. Parking was hassle-free, and any water interruptions were quickly resolved with a call to the front desk. This seems more of a Ghana problem and not a hotel-specific issue. Having a microwave available in the 24/7 canteen was convenient for heating leftovers privately. Privacy is crucial to me when selecting a hotel. Overall, the Golden Crystal Hotel offers a luxurious, comfortable, clean and hassle-free stay in Ghana. Highly recommended."

"My stay was great. The property is very close to the A&C mall as well as other restaurants. The staff at the property were very helpful. Internet connection was great and i enjoyed the city view of my room. There is no restaurant in the hotel there are many restaurants around. "

"Firstly, Jackie upgraded us from a 2 to a 3 bedroom apt, which was nice because there were 3 of us. However, when we arrived the place was not ready, they told us that someone had checked out late after a long term stay and they needed to deep clean, so we had to wait. Jackie ordered us a car and sent us to the A&C Mall to wait, which is a less then 10 min walk but it was really hot, we just got off a 12 hour flight and we did not know where we were going, so we really appreciated it. We waited to come back and about two hours after our check in time we were able to check in. The place was nice but there were some small issues, mostly the bugs, there were a lot. They were mainly in the kitchen but a few made it to the living room, we did not see any in the bedroom, but I did have a few mosquitoes make it into the room while I was trying to sleep. Also the remote for the air conditioner in the first room was missing and it was really cold. The bugs were not ideal but the place was big, the beds were comfy, and the neighborhood was fun and walking distance of the mall, a great coffee shop, and a grocery store. In the totality of the experience we really enjoyed our stay here. The best part of the place was Jackie she was so helpful and kind and gave us a ton of recommendations and tried to make it work for us even when we did not ask. She was the best, especially since it was our first time in Ghana, she helped us get acclimated to Accra."
