"Our 3 families of 12 people enjoyed the location, roominess, cleanliness of the condo. Tip: Backing into the parking spaces is easier in the narrow alley. A prior review said furniture was dated- not true. We’ve stayed in some shabby rentals; this was fine. The condo had high end appliances. Sure, some of the dressers are worn but the beds were comfortable, even the sofa bed had a firm foam mattress. Kids liked the hotel type roll out twin mattresses. "This house was perfect for our stay. We had a family with a total of fourteen of us stay and it fit us comfortably! The host Carolyn was super nice and amazing. She was prompt to answer any questions we had. The house was clean and very nicely kept. Would recommend you stay here if you are bringing a larger group. Plenty of parking for more than two cars. Loved it!"

"The house is beautiful and well stocked. I stayed for Mother's day and my family and I enjoyed the beautiful gardens with several types of trees and flowers. The swimming pool and hot tub were awesome but the stone steps around the pool become very slick so please exercise caution. Overall we enjoyed a lovely family vacation nestled away in our own private space."

"This is advertised as a million dollar mansion with spectacular views but it is an absolute dump. The house was disgusting and filthy. The floors made your feet black, the sheets had stains on them, and their was dust everywhere. The pictures of the home make it seem that is well put together. In reality, there are dirt on the wall, holes in the floor, ceilings, and walls. When an area is touched up with paint, it is done with a different color so the overall house looks run down and old....

"Beautiful villa, amazing amenities with outdoor fireplace, hot tub and views of the golf course and Catalina. The only hiccup was the refrigerator didn't work. We notified the owner and they were quick to respond, but it did take the resort a full day to provide a mini frig. Between the mini and the wine frig, we made it work. However, not ideal for the amount of money paid for the unit. I hope it gets fixed before the next tenants."

"Our stay at Mesa Bella was beyond words. The entire property was beautiful and so much more than I expected. We brought a large group of students to attend a video production competition, and the house was absolutely perfect. Mark, one of the owners, was wonderful.
