"We weren’t sure what to expect but this was a great place to stay with a family! We were wanting to go camping but after 4 failed attempts near there, we ended up camping at the San Clemente Inn. We even made s’mores on the stove in the room. Room had a separate bedroom and two Murphy beds, which was great for us. The kids loved the pool/jacuzzi. They have a rec room as well. Beach is maybe 10 minute walk away. We’d definitely stay again. "

"The house and outdoor patio are wonderful. There’s a lot of love and care by the owner and she’s also a wonderful person to talk with. Our family really liked the location being a few blocks from the beach but not right next to the pier or really busy areas. We even found a really nice long bike and running path along the beach going North to Dana Point. We’ll be back again next year for sure."

"Brad, the owner of the condo, is outstanding with respect to communication with vacation renters. Any question we had, he answered promptly. As this is a "condo" the assumption should be that renters are likely cooking a good portion of their stay. As such, a few little extra's like serving bowls (once you cook the food, you need somewhere to put it, like meats or pastas or vegetables). Similarly, a few extra baking or roasting pans would have been helpful. We are greek and italian, so the...

"Loved the location very near beach and rail trail for walking and short walk up hill to town and many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright."

"We would stay here again in a minute! The condo is lovely and clean, and all the basics are there. We usually need more space, but there were only 5 adults this time, and the space worked perfectly. The deck, kitchen, and sitting area were plenty open and accessible, and the bedrooms were great! I appreciated little things - like baggies in the drawer, and extra towels accessible in the cupboard. Our stay here was so comfortable. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to sit and enjoy...

"The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our 4-night stay! The condo is very spacious and well situated. We walked everywhere - from coffee to surf to dinner. We loved the views and ocean breezes! The pool area is quite nice and everyone at the complex was very friendly. Checkin was a breeze. Finding the parking spot and trash bins was tricky but everything else was seamless. We’d definitely recommend this place and likely will book again next spring when we come back!"

"Everything here was clean and well kept. The hot water faucet in the kitchen is difficult to get hot water from and we struggled with that some. They were quick to answer our need for supplies and the place was quiet. The only real problem, for anyone our age, is the no parking. Sometimes we had to walk farther than was comfortable for our age and conditions often up steep hill with grocery bags ugh. We survived and probably got stronger. "This place is a hidden gem. Upon walking in there's a feeling of being at home. The place is spotless and well maintained.This is definitely a home you will want to re-visit time and time again! The large jacuzzi(can you say Awesome) is where we spent most of our time. The Host is a phone call away to address any questions, and is very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.
