If you have a chance to stay in the Lake City area, this is the place to spend your night. Convenient to the highway and a great value. Bonus....walking distance to restaurants and Tesla chargers

Property looked so unsavory that we didn't stay. Very unwelcoming, shady characters mulling about, and overall not someplace I would recommend for anyone to stay.

Two years have stopped on my way to Sebring. Friendly owners & have done a great job with all of their remodeling inside & the parking lot & office. Clean as well

This property is extremely clean! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into my room. Clean, great colors, nice decor. It’s modern farmhouse styled. I would definitely recommend it, especially for the price!

I have stayed here on multiple occasions and the rooms are always clean and spacious. They are located in the middle of town amongst all dining and shopping areas which are in walking distance. Overall good choice to stay for the price.
