The hotel staff were rude and there were roaches in our room. People on our floor were smoking pot and you couldn’t breathe going to elevator

This would easily be a 5-star review except for the guest who has loudly knocking on a door in our hallway between 3 am and 3:30 am. No one was sent to stop him. As bad as that was, the staff and facility still held this review strong at 4-stars.

I am angry at Expedia because I couldn't cancel my reservation. The website wasn't working. The protection plan I bought also from Expedia was worthless. I will not use Expedia again

I booked the hotel night for my husbands birthday celebration. I got checked in in a dirty room . Towels on the bathroom floor, dirty bed that hasn’t been made . I went down stairs to lobby and I was giving a different room. The receptionist didn’t care or offer any apologies for the inconvenience instead she said that wasn’t a big deal. Next day when we try to shower , there was no soap or shampoo in the bottles. They weee empty. I was so disappointed about the whole experience and how they handled the situation. Never again. Thank you.

Very courteous staff. Bery responsive about upcoming stay via text which is very convenient. Snack shop open 24 hours which is great for late night arrival.

The room smelled of urine we could not change rooms because we had adjoining rooms with my 91 year old Mother. Then the air was broken they fixed it and it broke again. They would not comp our room because we booked theough Expedia.

I did not like that I was not told I need to request housekeeping. I expected to come back to a an attended room ie beds made, fresh towels, restocked amenities, trash emptied, etc and I found out at that time I needed to request housekeeping. Also, we paid $400.00 a night for a medium level room and the shower head in room 597(garden) was horrible. It had blocked flow and the adjustment function did nothing to help. I was not happy about paying that much per night and couldn’t even have an enjoyable shower. The shower valve in that room also needs attention. It was either scalding hot or freezing cold. One would expect at 400 a night it wouldn’t have such a basic cheap shower head. The room did have a great view of the pool area and the lake and it was fun to watch ship traffic in the channel. Staff were friendly and helpful otherwise.

Great, clean property! Not many food choices on site so had to leave for dinner! Room was small and walls paper thin-I could hear the people next door talking! But overall, okay for a one night stay.

Easy to get around, clean, friendly & helpful staff were things we liked about the property. The room was clean but a little worn… the headboards of the beds were peeling off & the outside windows needed to be cleaned. Overall a good stay & would definitely be back.

The parking garage is very accessible to entering the casino. The check-in area is spacious and the line moved quickly. The property itself is well-maintained and attractive. although nearby chemical-looking plants are fairly unsightly.

We did not like the food. Everywhere we ate was not good. The worst was the seafood, it was below what we normally eat. Your pool area was very nice and things were pretty clean, but you need to work on your restaurants. When you take a few days off the food needs to be great.
