"We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Seems like a recent renovation but maintains the charm of a casual beach house. Beds and linens were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, and the backyard was awesome - just as the photos show. Rachelle was a helpful host and responded quickly when I had a question. I would highly recommend this property! And I hope to come back again soon."

"Had we known all of the doorways were less than 6’ tall we would have passed on this quaint little cottage. Other than that we enjoyed the location, having bikes available, walking on all the great paths up and down the coast and around the bay."

"This was the perfect location for our family. The teens could come & go as they please since we were just one house off the boardwalk. House was fantastic too. Nothing fancy but just what we needed. Plenty of room for our family to hang out in the evening & watch movies. We had a couple minor issues but Mike was extremely helpful & quick to communicate. We will most definitely be booking again."

"Relaxing around the firepit and taking in the SD air! Everything is walking distance. We enjoyed the Water Bar the most which faces the pacific but if you want ocean view make a reservation very romantic watching the sunset."

"Pros: -Great Location! Good restaurants within walking distance, liquor store, butcher shop, bagel shop. Most importantly the Windnsea beach! -Great view from rooftop -Hot tub has a fun little grotto feel, perfect for 2 people. -Game room is a nice touch complete with Laundry! -Roku System was useful for evening movie viewing -Tiny but mighty kitchen Cons: -Pictures need to be updated, especially the rooftop. There is no hammock, just two Adirondack’s, 2 loungers, a fire pit, a small gas grill...

"We only stayed a couple of nights. Pros & cons here. You can’t beat the location. Parking is a serious challenge with a large vehicle but that’s to be expected anywhere in Mission. Our vehicle got broken into 1 night. Definitely lock everything up. Great location to beach & bay & comes with bare bone essentials. You have to bring all of your own condiments - even salt & pepper. Great location to good food. Wouldn’t stay more than 3 nights. Reasonable price for 3 bedrooms in this neighborhood...

Sharon made accessing the kayaks easy. Just a short walk to an amazing beach to walk, kayak and snorkel. Highly recommended!"
