"I was late to my hotel due to car trouble and desperately needed a nap and they still let me check in at 8:30 Am and offered me to be able to stay later due to my situation this hotel was safe clean and amazing customer service can’t say anything less than amazing!!!"

"Overall a very nice experience at the Clarendon. My only complaint is that no blankets were provided that were made with natural materials. The thick polyester-filled comforter was too warm and using just the top sheet wasn’t warm enough. There was an extra blanket in the drawer but it was also made of 100% polyester. Sadly this is the case with almost all hotels these days. I just want a simple cotton or wool blanket so I don’t sweat. "

"Good location, short walking distance to Notre-Dame Cathedral and Fairmont Hotel Frontenac. Friendly staff. Many eateries nearby. Our room #07, was clean, roomy, and quiet facing the back of the hotel. The bathtub is separate from the sink and toilet. The hotel should consider replacing the bathtub curtain with a better material as the existing fabric omits a moldy smell. No elevator. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel."

"Cassi(sorry i abbreviated her name) was very nice and helpful when i had questions concerning old Quebec. She was working at the check in desk. Easy walk to old Quebec and multiple, good restaurant choices close by. Felt car was safe in parking garage. Garage was incredibly clean, no adverse smells. Only downside was people next door had small children who didnt want to go to bed, so a little noisy for a short while."

"A quaint boutique hotel located within walking distance to Old Quebec City. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Parking was easy and reasonably priced with in/out privileges. The hotel uses physical keys for its rooms, which can be both a plus and a minus. There is only one elevator servicing all five floors, and the ride can be shaky. Overall, a great stay! "
