Was very close to the subway exits and accessible to all major transportation used in our trip. Staff was nice and accommodating.

Amazing overall 10/10, only downside was the laundry services are pretty limited, so you'll probably want to so that in off hours.

I couldn't ship bags to airport. Just Shipping to airport is not allowed while any other destinations are ok. We have many large bags to ship. It was quite inconvenient.

The rooms were a great size with an excellent shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well. Also centrally located with a short walk to nikishi market and Teramachi street. Would stay here again next time I’m in Kyoto.

The staff was super nice and VERY helpful. I didn't like the frosted window. Super location! Lovely and breakfast was good. Eggs were too runny and not enough fruit but otherwise great.

The location is excellent, the rooms were very clean, the staff was amazing. The rooms could be better laid out with more hooks and shelves to hang and place items especially with the rooms being so small with limited space. A very easy and inexpensive fix. Overall was very happy.

The hotel was very nice and felt upper class. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the washroom is one of the best we’ve experienced. We would definitely come back to hotel Forza and recommend it to others.

The hotel was close to everything we want to do and to Gion station. Everything was walkable and the Nishiki market was just across the street. The hotel room was very cramp and the hotel doesn't have a real lobby.

Clearness and surrounding property. The lack of food and limited options at the breakfast on the second day made me feel disappointed. The majority of the dishes were empty, which made it seem like a waste of money.

We thoroughly enjoyed a three-night stay at this property… the room was very clean and comfortable, definitely large by local standards, the onsite guest laundry facilities were an unexpected bonus! There are many great food and drink options in the neighborhoods behind the main road the hotel fronts on to - but also convenient shops and cafés just steps from the hotel. Would highly recommend this hotel for couples or families.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It is centralized to many popular sights. Gion, Arashiama, bamboo forest etc. Lot and lots of option for souvenir shopping…The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive to any needs…I would definitely stay here again.
