The location is in a very busy area and it's very very difficult to cross the street. What I did not like was it advertised a movable shower but gave us a fixed overhead shower. When we complained, they admitted they have not updated all the booking portals. they gave us 2 choices pay extra INR 2500,000 a day (reduced to INR 100,000) after our protest or cancel booking

The room and the amenities were good for the price. The walls were thin, so it was noisy during the live music performances. And It was impossible to cross the highway by the hotel by walk and the car drivers had to travel long distances to take a u-turn to reach the hotel.

easily accessible since it's in Kuta, not too far from the airport, the rooms are ok, sadly no place for a pc or table or similar. that space is used by both the safe and the coffe/water kettle. The ac ( air conditioner ) is very good in the superior room i booked. Wifi is horribly slow. The street outside of the hotel is impossible to cross. Never stops.

Nice place, friendly staff. Beds are average, no fridge in room. But they cleaned regularly and breakfast was basic. But get what you pay for. Not bad over all!

We enjoyed our stay at Natya. The staff bent over backwards to overcome the problem of the noise level due to a group booking. It was great to see Bali coming through the pandemic with positive events. Thank you Made for making our stay as comfortable as possible in the circumstances.

Comfortable and Cozy
The Natya Hotel in Kuta, Bali is a very comfortable residence for a family. We booked two connected rooms (1 Superior room and 1 Deluxe room). The hotel rooms are very clean and cozy, and the staff cleans the rooms well each day. However, the hotel restaurant needs improvement. There were not many restaurant workers at the hotel in July, which caused many delays at breakfast. We'll book this hotel again.

Really convenient to airport. Room quite small, basic but very clean, good shower pressure. Nice pool and gorgeous breakfast! Staff was awesome very friendly and helpful. Asked for extra pillow and towels, came immediately.

Great hotel
We spent 4 days here and everything was good, the hotel is quite close to the downtown, the room was surprisingly comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would certainly stay here whenever I get a chance.

The room doesnt smell good. The smell is a mixture of a cheap strong air freshner and dampness. Same thing goes for the bedding. It gave me a headache.

Excellent stay and super friendly staff!
Had a very nice stay, location was great, only a 10 minutes walk to the center of Kuta. Staff were super friendly and professional, even when a group of Indians were super loud next to our room in the middle of the night, the staff responded to our complaints and asked them to shut up, it didn't help much with the Indians but it's not the hotel's fault. Only complaint is is that the wifi wasn't so good but that's usually the case with most hotels.

Clean and tidy hotel, close to factory outlets
For the price wise and location wise this hotel is pretty good. If you want to stay at a cheap but good hotel to shop or get closer to the airport before heading back home (which was what we wanted), then this hotel is great. The staff was really nice and helpful and room was clean and tidy. Small but it serve its function.

Perfect for one night near the airport. Our flight was delayed and we didn't arrive until 1am and they checked us in with no problems. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, nice pool and restaurant. Walk to shops and restaurants

This was my first time staying at Natya Hotel. Overall I am happy with my recent stay. This is nice small hotel close to Kuta beach and Mall Galleria. The room was good with good amenities etc. Comfortable bed etc. Staff was friendly and happy to help and resolve any issue at hand. The staff was so friendly and accomodating. It made my stay there worthwile. The location is a bit difficult to get to because cars need to do a long u turn to get to the hotel. Taxis don't usually passbybthat area so it's easier just to grab or uber. One nice thing about this hotel is its surrounded by outlets. There are 3 beside it and a couple accross. Just be careful crossing the busy street.

Great place
Great clean room with free water and toiletries, good mosquito net around the bed too. Friendly staff and nice pool area - gutted the pool bar wasn't up and running. The exterior walls look a bit grubby but interior nice.

Not what I paid for......
I was disappointed when I arrived at this hotel for a few reasons. The first reason was that it did not have a bar fridge in the room. This may seem like a small issue, however when you buy drinks duty free and would like to take them to your room for a few pre-drinks before going out you can't because there is no where to keep drinks cool. I thought it was pretty standard for hotel rooms these days to have a small bar fridge. I also selected and paid for a deluxe room. The reason why I selected this room is because it stated it had a patio/balcony area. This was the main selling point for me as it is nice to walk out onto a balcony in the morning. My room looked out onto a tin roof. There was no access to anything outside of the room. I was very disappointed. Another thing that I was disappointed with was that my safe in my room kept failing. I had to get room service up a couple of times to get them to open it for me as it just wouldn't open. I actually left the hotel on the first night, as I felt that I couldn't relax at this hotel, and went to another hotel. Is there any possibility for any compensation from Expedia? I am receiving a small sum back from the hotel itself. My daughter uses Expedia for all of her holidays and in fact has used you to book her whole Europe/UK trip in January. She trusts your reviews and hence that is why she chose this hotel for my trip to Bali. She was also extremely disappointed to hear that my trip was brought down because of this hotel.

Okay for quick airport access
On the map, the hotel looked like it was just a few hundred meters from the airport, so we chose that one. However, it turned out to be more like 3 km. not too far, but also not near the "action" of Kuta.

Basic hotel
It was a clean room with a comfy bed. The staff were friendly but their prices for drivers to places were rather overpriced. There was no cot for my baby which I had asked for when I booked and never got a response to say they didn't have one until I got there. We accidentally left a substantial amount of money in the safe box when we left to go home and now they won't reply to numerous emails I have sent to them so I'm assuming I will never see that money again.

A place to pay your head.
Handy for the airport but you need to taxi anywhere else. Hotel is new and modern, a bit like a budget British chain eg travelodge so is not a place to hang out but is a good cheap base and the staff were great.
