“The room is not spacious for a family of four. The beds are standard size, small for two adults/ teens. Interior and equipments are old. The only advantage is the location and mini golf is fun for kids. The price isn’t really worth it. If you plan to visit Moraine lake or Louise Lake, you can consider staying in Jasper for more better choices.”

“Decor was old fashioned Chinese style. Surrounding area was not attractive. Hotel behind (which we overlooked) was unkempt and, luckily for us, closed. Otherwise I hate to imagine the noise. The bed was comfortable. The receptionist was pleasant. Laundry was a good bonus. Breakfast was a cold, continental one. Adequate for most but I am gluten intolerant ( medically diagnosed) and staff had no idea if any cereal they had was g/free. Did not even stock a loaf of g/f bread. My breakfast was a……

“Stunning scenery, beautifully appointed suite, well-stocked kitchen, lovely private patio area for dining in the sunshine while looking over the cliff to the river below and mountains beyond.”

“Elevator not working. Staff was good, offered to carry bags upstairs. Nice room, with balcony. Pub on site had good food, try the brownie, it was exceptional. Breakfast at this time of year was fresh cooked bacon & eggs, toast etc. couldn’t asked for anythg better from hotel. Hope they get the elevator fixed soon🙂 ”

“Professional. Very happy. Flexible. The area around the property is industrial and on a highway. Lots of places to eat and things to buy. But that is not the hotel issue. They are good. I would come back again. I recommend people coming here if you are passing through Cranbrook.”

“The room was clean, the bed was comfy and the the worked - all things that would give it 5 stars in my books. The front staff went above and beyond to help me out. I sprained my ankle and called down to see if they had an elastic bandage to wrap it up. Not only did she bring me the bandage but brought me a bucket of ice and some icy blue cream to see if it would help. I am so impressed - definitely above and beyond!”
