"This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!"

"I am glad I didn't listen to the reviews because we are more than satisfied with this stay, I won't lie after I booked it I was so concerned on the property not being anything as the picture and when I speak I speak on building 7 with Mark the property was exactly as pictured I arrived at 3:45 sat in the car until 4 pm but in those 15 minutes I was praying because my fiance is very picky so 4 pm hits we get out the car get our luggage and proceed to the door still praying lol once the door open...

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very welcoming and had all we needed. The pool was directly behind the home , which allowed the kids to swim for hours. The parks were in close proximity to the house and provided easy travel distance. Tons of restaurants and shopping around the area. I extremely fun times. I will be booking again in the future."

"Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! It was nice to have our team under one roof and bond a little as this was our first trip this season. Thank you so much!"

The grounds were well maintained and the pool was wonderful and warm…plenty of seating although we reserved our spot usually by 10 am. The newly open restaurant and bar at the pool was an added bonus. The unit we were in was run down and our screen door was broke When we tried to use the slides and lazy river on our one day to enjoy the pool (reason we book) it was closed for painting so very unhappy about that. "Highly recommend this property over other options in the area. Close to theme parks and shopping. When we first checked in we were assigned a very old unit (in Cypress Circle). The carpets were old and the bathrooms were dated - not like the pictures we saw online. We went back to the Registration Desk and spoke with Daniel who switched us to a newly renovated condo located in a building in the Tennis Villa Circle. Daniel was so helpful and kind - and made our stay much more pleasant. "
